- La cottura al microonde permette di cuocere le castagne in poco tempo con facilità.La buccia delle castagne va incisa sulla parte bombata , le castagne vanno messe in una ciotola con acqua a bagno per 10 minuti , questo farà si che la buccia si stacchi facilmente. scolare le castagne e disporle castagne sul piatto del microonde con il taglio rivolto verso l’alto, mettere un bicchiere di acqua nel microonde e cuocere per 5/6 minuti a 750/800 watt( il tempo di cottura varia dalla pezzatura delle castagne).
